I've lived here at Del Amo apartments for almost a year now and I don't have any complaints. Maintenance always shows up within a reasonable time after a work order is called in, but you have to call. When I request the order online, it takes them longer. I have found a couple weird bugs here and there but I've never seen a single roach. The parking lot is gated, although there are some assigned spots in front of the gate. Management is professional and friendly.
This place is pet friendly and many residents take advantage of that. This might be something to consider if you love/hate/are allergic to animals. They have a nice playground and good-sized swimming pool. Over-all, a descent place for a descent price. Living at Del Amo has been very pleasant.
